职位描述：

一、岗位职责：

1、负责收集、整理特殊膳食食品国内外研究进展，为公司储备产品提供可行性分析。

2、结合健康中国计划和中国居民膳食推荐指南，针对不同年龄段健康人群、特定人群以及不同饮食差异人群，负责开展营养与健康研究和相关产品开发。

3、负责项目策划和执行，逐步建立乳品营养水平评价体系。

4、配合基础研究，开展功能性配料稳定性、安全性、体外功效、动物实验和人群实验等研究。

5、协同其他部门联合推进项目进程，提供相关技术支持。

二、岗位要求：

1、35岁以上，硕士及以上学历，食品、生物、医药等相关专业，拥有5年以上特殊膳食食品或保健食品研发经验。

2、有团队管理经验，有较强的组织管理能力、判断力与决策能力，诚实守信。

3、熟悉国内外特殊膳食食品的概况，对于新产品开发有一定的敏锐度，了解相关法规。

4、具有较高的工作热情，沟通能力、解决问题能力强。

5、具有良好的英语表达能力和读写能力。
