SERVICE– provide satisfied service to internal and external customer

- Ensure prompt action in place to solve the problem

- Ensure providing timely feedback on the issue raised by internal/external customer

PRODOUCT– Goods import on time and correctly with cost efficiency way

- Ensure the goods import process on time and with cost efficiency

- Ensure the projects tracking on time

- Ensure high value quotation of select import agent tracking on time

- Ensure goods import process legal

Quality – Maintain high standard operational process

- Ensure the import agent contract signed on time

- Ensure the import agent with high performance to complete the goods import process on time and correctly to support the import goods deliver to stores for sale on time

- Ensure goods import process legal

Compliance –ensure goods import complies with supply chain SOP

- Ensure all import process & system aligns with BU and Group Strategy.

- Ensure all import process & system is integrated with other functions strategies and activities.

- Report to management any suspicion of any breach of company policy.

- Act as a role model for good compliance to company rules; create a high level of honesty and integrity within the team.

Results – support the import launch to stores for sale on time

- Ensure the execution of import document handling correctly and on time.

- Ensure and monitor the import agent complete the goods import process correctly and on time.

- Ensure the goods import correctly and on time which include cosmetics, personal care product, foods and etc., the goods import include import declaration, custom clearance, CIQ, Chinese label, duty payment and health certificate;

Key Skills / Experience 技能要求

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Supply Chain or logistic;

2. Over 5 years import clearance experience and at least 2 years related management experience;

3. Goods at goods import, ocean shipping and custom clearance of cosmetics, personal care product, foods and etc.;

4. Good PC skills for Word，Excel，Power Point, especially excel;

5. Good execution and logic thinking and working;

6. Good English speaking and writing;

7. Good communication and coordination skills, can work under high pressure;

8. Responsible and self-motivated, team spirit, cooperation consciousness, creativity;

9. Hold customs declaration, inspection certificate is preferred;

10. Project management experience is preferred.
