职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 所负责生产计划物控电子物料模块业务工作的监控、汇报、统筹、协调；
2. 下属员工的业务培训与辅导、工作绩效考核；
3. 组织本业务模块临时性或例行性的会议、下属员工思想交流
4. 组织月度物料需求分析与计划编制；
5. 组织月度瓶颈物料供应评估、风险识别与预防、锁定月度瓶颈物料供应计划；
6. 瓶颈物料分配计划编制、供应统筹；
7. 瓶颈物料交货计划跟进、评估、预警、协调；
8. 整体库存监控与预警、组织库存及呆滞分析、推动库存管控
9. 组织物料供应分析与数据统计、推动物料KPI指标的提升；
10. 上级交办的其他工作（含外协厂考核）；

岗位要求：
1. 基本条件：男女不限、大专或以上学历、年龄25-36岁，积极向上、善于沟通、逻辑性思维较好；
2. 工作经验：3年以上PMC、2年以上物控工程师或1年以上物控主管工作经验，手机或电子行业工作经验优先；
3. 专业水平：熟悉ERP操作及运用（SAP优先）、精通PMC业务操作及管理、精通EXCEL函数运用。 举报 分享
