Job Purpose (State in one sentence the overall objective of the job)
Maintains process equipment and packaging equipment in an operational condition by preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement; identify, recruit, develop and keep all levels engineering talents to satisfy pharmaceutical operation business requirements.
Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved )
1.Organizes the routine preventive maintenance of process equipment, and trouble shooting.
2.Be responsible for proper operational and/or maintenance procedures (SOPs) of process equipment.
3.Be responsible for appropriate acquisition of spare parts, material and/or external service for process equipment, according to the actual condition of the equipment.
4.Supervises, coordinates and contacts the exterior contractors for repairing and maintaining the equipment to ensure their services meet our requirements. Responsible for the quality controlling of exterior contractors’ services to ensure the exterior contractors’ services complies with the expectation.
5.Assist (re-)qualification of process equipment to qualification team.
6.Properly documents the repair and maintenance activities in compliance with GMP and HES requirement.
7.Perform continuous improvement on efficiency, safety or compliance of process equipment.
8.Be responsible for safety, health and environment protection in the responsible area.
9.Development of human resources, maintaining highest technical and mental skills of the R&M personnel.
10.Other works may be assigned by supervisor.
11.Acts as deputy of Facility Manager.
