职位描述
1. For the internalaudit missions, he/she is to (60% efforts):
- Assist teamleader to perform risk assessment during planning stage to identify high riskarea;
- Assist teamleader to define the working program related to the missions
- Execute auditmissions through analytics, interviews, examination, reconciliation and otheraudit techniques;
- Participate inclosing meeting and present the audit findings/reports to audit sponsors andsenior management;
- propose valid andpractical recommendations to correct inefficiencies or improve efficiency
- Ensure properdocumentation
2. During theannual internal control self assessment campaigns, he/she is working withmanagers to (30% efforts):
- analyse theconsolidate results at Country’s level in order toidentify:
- and analysediscrepancies or abnormal variances in spectrum of answers,
- recurrent issuesneeding a country’s or region’saction plan,
- good practicesthat could be spread, and spread them,
- reporting resultsof those analysis for the relating Business Internal Controllers for them toimplement challenge and action where needed.
3. Participate inRegional or Global Internal Audit missions as requested (10% efforts)

- Strong auditing,analytical and risk assessment skills
- Goodunderstanding of internal control systems (COSO)

- Sharp, and alertwith a keen eye for details;
- Passionate (butnot emotional)
- Excellentcommunication skills, both oral and written. Fluency in spoken and writtenEnglish
- Well developedinterpersonal skills, objective, straightforward; Strong in handling pressureand able to deal with challenging situations/persons/environment
- Ability toimprovise and adapt to challenges, particularly in different businesssituations and requirements.
