1、Analyze and report on financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data; recommending actions to management
2、Support budget-setting，sales planning and forecasting process through regular liaison with business managers, and update of budget and forecast reporting
3、Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures in assigned business unit or supply chain project; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions as a key advisor.
4、Reconciling business plan by comparing and correcting data.
5、Recommending actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials.
6、Increasing productivity and accuracy by developing modelling applications; set up information system requirements.
7、Support integration of simulation processes
职位要求：
- Highly numerate, with an ability to analyse data, spot outliers and follow up to gain a full understanding
- Driven to succeed in an ever-changing business environment
- Displays initiative, curiosity and challenges the status quo in pursuit of continuous improvement
- Ability to constructively challenge colleagues, including some who will be more senior
- Skilled at influencing others, and driving impact both through their own actions and others’
- Ability to work in flexible and fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
?Qualifications / Experience
- Degree-level qualification (subject area is less important than level of rigor)
- At least part qualified with a major accountancy body (CPA or ACCA), with at least 4 years’ experience within an industry Finance department
- Previous experience working with related large-company ERP: Oracle preferred
- Advanced/Intermediate excel skills，
- Previous experience will include:
o Focus on accounting, preparation of monthly review of control accounts
o Played a leading role in preparation of budgets and forecasts
o Prepared and presented regular financial reporting to business managers
