Responsibilities：
1. In charge of building up a successful ONLY collection, for the fast moving, demanding and very trend conscious Chinese market
2. Analyze and take immediate action on sampling fast moving trends based on inspiration trips in Asia (Tokyo/ Seoul/ Hong Kong) as well as local research and follow up of the trend forecasting’s webs
3. Responsible for high design and quality level of ONLY collections.
4. Analyzing sales figures/ orders, and being ahead of trend and consumer needs for ONLY
5. Constantly upgrade the fabric quality, fitting and product according to the trend and market demands
6. Constantly source latest offers/ trimmings/ fabrics/ treatments/ from suppliers in China (in cooperation with buying department)
7. Conduct fitting reviews with buyers to improve product/ look/ fabric/ fitting etc. in weak areas/ ensure constant training in latest fittings/ shapes/ details to Technicians/ Buyers.l Co-operating with Design Manager on ONLY’s seasonal trend direction.
8. Cooperate with 25+ local and international designers as well as 30+ buyers, and technicians in Beijing
9. Close daily cooperation with Design Manager, Creative Director and Brand Director
Requirements：
1. Qualified designer- minimum bachelor’s degree
2. 3-5 years design experience for similar sports and gym brand, such as Puma, reebok, adidas Nike, FILA champion or others fashionable sports brand.
3. Extensive knowledge of various product groups
4. Excellent knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
5. User knowledge of Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
6. Innovative, positive, dynamic, organized, fast learning and commercially-minded
7. Strong sense of fast moving trends
8. Interest in Chinese culture and society is a plus, willingness to live in Beijing
9. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
