？ Individual business handling for both strategic drivers and tactical drivers, with very large scale.
？ Drive consumers’ love and trust for the brand, and passionate to drive emerging business opportunities.
？ Strong in new ways of communication and media strategy, such as digital/social competency.
？ Implement market promotion plan and connect with global/regional team on global/regional projects and NPD.
Position responsibility：
？ Be responsible for business achievement and annual business plan – Offline Channel.
？ Be responsible for execution excellence for franchise, including all communications, media, digital, promotional, pricing, forecasting, research.
？ Be responsible for new product development and co-work closely with global and region franchise.
？ Be responsible for close communication and influence among both internal partners and external partners across local and AP.
？ Be responsible for business reporting, financial acumen, demand forecast for responsible product lines.

Position KPI:
？ Consumer evaluation on brand equity
？ Market share for responsible category
？ Effectiveness & Quality of the Communications

Background
Education background: ？ Bachelor or above
Experience: ？ Related experiences in marketing and people management
？ Related FMCG / OTC industry and MNC experience are preferred
