Develop and maintain Lifestyle training guide
- Daily contact with AG and team members to update product info and trainings
- Monthly review with dealer best practice and build positive business case
Design and execute individualized on-site coaching for target dealers
- Yearly review on Lifestyle target dealers
- Weekly travel plans to target dealers for on-site coaching
- Monthly dealer performance review and training updates
Training to trainers related to Lifestyle retail optimization
- Monthly training to ASMs
- Quarterly updates to training academy
- Daily communication and follow-ups with dealers
Regional sales support
- Daily communication with responsible regions for their needs
- Quarterly review for region performance and support plan
Qualification
- Bachelor or above
- 3+ years working experience of sales operations and trainings
- Experience in consuming goods industry is a plus, favorable in premium brand
- Very good understanding of sales process and product knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and Power point
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English
- Self-motivated and self- disciplined
- Ability of working under pressure
- 80% travel is required
