职位描述：

岗位职责：

1、负责与供应商或厂商协调；

2、负责与代理公司和报关公司协调产品发运，进口报关报检进度；

3、负责根据公司内部需求和供应商或厂商协调，落实采购订单的入库；

4、负责样品跟单，包括样品准备、制作、寄送和归档管理；

5、负责原材料，食品类（乳品、牛羊肉等）采购及到货入库；

6、负责生产进度和质量检验跟单；

7、负责出口包装、仓储和运输跟单；

8、负责产品报关报检跟单；

9、负责与公司的样品开发、物控采购、技检各环节及时沟通，有效合作，确保合同的顺利履行。

岗位要求：

1、具有知名贸易公司外贸跟单工作经验，三年以上同岗位管理工作。知名物流公司工作经验优先；

2、熟练掌握国际贸易基础知识以及进出口业务的基本流程；

3、熟练掌握有关国际贸易的法律法规、国际惯例和行业标准；

4、良好的电脑操作技能，熟练操作Office软件、PPT；

5、良好的英语口语能力；

6、具有较强的信息处理能力，能通过互联网收集客户和产品等业务资料；

7、工作作风严谨务实、做事踏实果断，有执行力；

8、具有较强的商务沟通和公关协调能力，能正确处理企业内外事务。
