职位描述：

岗位职责：

1、每天对分管的车间进行巡检，生产开始时首先用无菌瓶去采每条线灌装机的奶样，送给检验员去做微生物。条线巡检时要看日期打印是否正确，灌装液位是否合格，口感有无异味等；

2、对分管车间进行巡检时，每条生产线去抽取一个成品去进行口感、理化、酸度进行检测，确保合格。洗瓶机巡检要检测氯水浓度和碱水浓度是否在规定的范围内，喷淋头是否有堵塞不流畅的情况。过滤水的液位有没有偏低的情况；

3 、每天对分管生产线进行巡检，检查频次为：每一个半小时对关键工序、质量控制点检查一次，检查频次可根据实际需要加强。主要检查内容为：重要工艺参数的控制、作业规程、工艺纪律、卫生制度的执行情况以及原辅材料、包装材料的质量。发现不合格的原辅料、包装材料应立即停止使用，并向品控部报告。品控员尤其要重视对生产转序时的接口检查。

岗位要求：

1、 大专或以上学历(相关专业毕业)；

2、 熟悉乳品生产加工、质量体系及产品工艺特点；

3、 有较强的沟通能力；

4、 身体健康（具备有效健康证）。
