职位描述：
1) 大专及以上学历，理工科相关专业，手机行业优先；
2) 熟悉ISO质量体系和大型制造企业质量管理或工艺改善流程；
3) 8年品质管理或工艺工程工作经验，3年团队管理经验；
4) 熟练掌握至少4种品质或工程工具的运用，多者优先，例如：QC七大手法，8D，PDCA，FMEA、MSA、SPC，DOE，6 sigma, 精益生产，APQP，PPAP等；
5) 具备系统化思维，熟悉制造IT系统和质量防呆方法；
6) 对品质改善有大量实践经验，并主导完成过较大的改善项目；
7) 较好的沟通协调能力，执行力强，良好的责任心，能承受工作压力；
8) 富士康、伟创力、日资企业等著名国际公司优先。

岗位职责：
1) 质量团队的日常管理及建设，上级交办工作任务的按期完成；
2) 团队成员的培训，指导，监督，确保质量KPI的达成；
3) 各质量管控节点的设计，监控和趋势分析，推动持续改善；
4) 确保品质控制流程和标准能够在整个公司得到贯彻和执行；
5) 组织重大质量问题的处理，主导重大改善项目，并彻底改善；
6) 研究质量工程技术，并推广运用于生产及检验；
7) 协调内外部关系，营造良好的组织氛围，不断提升团队精神和工作效率。 举报 分享
