职位描述：

Responsibilities

1 Processing of all purchase orders in the SAP

2 Regular update and maintenance of all purchase related supplier and material master data in SAP

3 Follow up with order confirmations from all suppliers and monitoring delivery deadlines from local suppliers as well as from overseas suppliers and the GU group to meet customers requirements

4 Preparation and clarification of all import/export documents for shipments

5 Processing of all order confirmations and export shipments to GU group

6 Make out supplier evaluations based on SAP data and other available facts

7 Clarification of all claims with suppliers including negotiating a favourable solution for GU

8 Clarification of delivery times and urgent orders for sales department

9 Optimizing safety stock planning of all purchased articles with the goal to meet sales department’s requirements and keep stock cost as low as possible at the same time

10 Communicate and coordinate with all related internal departments as well as with external logistics service provider and import/export agent.

Requirements

Several years referenced experience as a purchase executive in a sizable international company, preferably in the building hardware industry

University degree, preferably in business administration or engineering

Very good written and spoken English

Knowledge of SAP R3 is an advantage

Product knowledge in architectural hardware

Experience in the import/export business.

门五金配件包括: 各种门锁芯体、锁芯、管理锁芯、门把手, 各种机械、电动多点门锁, 闭门器、地弹簧, 门禁系统, 逃生门防火门用五金, 逃生门系统, 玻璃门五金.
自动门产品包括: 各种自动门机、旋转门、玻璃隔断等.
