Description
Within Schneider, Energy Automation is a provider of products and systems to the electrical distribution sector. The automation products business enjoys some big products developments projects for the next years and needs to reinforce his hardware designer team.
Qualifications required
Seeking an individual to work as part of hardware R&D team to develop and sustain FPAG Logic design for the new and existing protection platforms. The ideal candidate shall be a team player who can communicate at all levels. In addition, this individual shall be capable of defining requirements and creating design/simulation/test for all of logic related tasks; resolve complex technical problems independently; working closely with the global R&D hardware / software teams; and performing other related duties as assigned or requested. Open, Good teamwork and Self motivated.
Experience Required
- Deep knowledge on FPGA/CPLD technology
- Actual application experience on the logic parts from Xilinx, Altera or Lattice.Actual application experience on the logic parts from Xilinx is necessary.
- Strong experience in the use of design tools, such as, ISE, QuartusII or ISP.Actual experience in the use of Xilinx ISE tools is necessary.
- Be familiar with the Synplify and XST.
- Strong experience on the logic simulation with Modelsim tools, include presimulation and post simulation.
- Actual experience on the Ethernet related application, such as, IEEE802.3,IEEE802.1w (RSTP), IEC62439 (PRP HSR) is a big advantages.
- 5+ year’s relevant design on FPGA logic.
