职位描述：
主要应负职责与工作活动（Key Accountabilities & Activities）
？ Achieve the Regional/Districts/Areas Sales target.
？ To provide assistance in managing and developing for the field sales and distributor team.
？ To provide assistance and participate in supporting activities in field sales activities in assigned districts/areas in order to reinforce the leading market position
？ To support and provide assistance to distributor sales force for sales activities.
？ Work closely with national business & marketing manager to ensure the execution of business and marketing activities
？ Monitor and analyses competition and market development trend, gather market intelligence and provide National Sales Manager, Marketing Products team with timely information on competitors and customers.
？ Responsible for the management of staff including selection, goal setting, feedback and coaching, performance management and development planning.

任职资格（Qualifications）
？ Over 2 years second line sales management experience in pharmaceutical industry.
？ Solid team management & people development capability
？ Strong strategic thinking and planning capability
？ Fluent in both spoken and written English
？ Bachelor degree or above, major in Medicine or Clinical related is preferable 举报 分享
