职位描述：
岗位职责:

? Assist marketing director to lead the China innovation projects leveraging PMO, R&D, SC, global, regional and other multi-functional partners.
? Work with marketing director for insight development, own through project leadership from creation to launch.
? Involvement in all aspects of China project launch tram, managing project schedules, contributor, monitor, problem solver, etc
? Continuously monitor new product performance, reflect consumer feedback to future product renovation.
? Provide clear objective for market research & utilize data in innovation, work with Insight team to recommend market research to be undertaken required. Translate research insight into business needs in the innovation funnel
? Enhance innovation capability through effectively leveraging 3rd party expertise, eg. External Packaging development expert

任职资格:

? Ideally a combination of Marketing and product development experience
? 8-10 years of increasing levels of responsibilities with strong experience in significant healthcare or medical/pharma products/brand marketing/new product, package development
? Strong in concept development and claim/package development
? Knowledge in major consumer research projects to bridge innovation with consumer needs and competitor insights
