职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Business Management Activities:
1. Leads non-innovation project implementation and coordinate, provides inputs within Supply Chain to PMO team for innovation projects.
a. Lead project teams through the development of a detailed project schedule by identifying linkages, critical path, task ownership, and resource needs.
b. Proactively work with the project teams to identify key issues/ risks, then facilitate development of contingency plans.
c. Closely work with PMO to ensure innovation project information to be delivered timely among SC internal;
d. Organize and coordinate project meetings. Prepare meeting minutes and present project status as required.
e. Ensure new project assumptions reflect into master production schedule;
f. Closely monitor supply status for 1st order of new material to mitigate air-freight and write off cost.
2. Provide analysis reports to identify the changes in demand and supply in every IBP cycle.
3. Other new planning projects support as required.

REQUIREMENTS
Educational Attainment Requirement
- Degree level in business and or technical background

Professional background
- Experience in project management;
- Knowledge of Planning, IBP/S&OP process;
- Good English in both speaking and writing;
- Good computer skill in PC and Microsoft Excel.
