工作职责：
MAIN REPONSIBILITIES DUTIES
CVMCNS Portfolio Medical Manager (PMM), assume strategic and operational lead for designing CVCNS portfolio medical strategy and executing portfolio medical initiatives in align with Pfizer China business strategies in CVMCNS areas to maximize the strength and value of Pfizer PEH portfolio and benefit Chinese patients and health care within Pfizer’s vision and mission.
 
Main responsibilities include:

？ Based on the cross TAsproducts knowledge and understanding of health care need, the PMM manager is responsible for identifying the portfolio trends, risks, and synergy opportunities of Pfizer Cardiovascular Products and CNS products to strengthen Pfizer’s competitive position in CVM and CNS market.

？ Develop portfolio medical strategy and tactics by leveraging cross-products resources from local and global, to provide patient centered rather than single product focused; comprehensive medical solution to improve patient outcome and efficiency of current medical care in order to better serve our customers and

？ Take the leadership to implement the tactics and make impact.

？ Establish highly collaborative, cross-functional relationshipspartnerships with the counterpart of marketing and commercial team to make sure medical portfolio strategy align, synergize and strongly support portfolio overall strategy and long term development.

？ Take leadership on cross teams medical projects to gain related support for project success.

？ Lead the synergy and integration effort of various projects within the team to maximize their value, and put them into a cohesive end-to-end portfolio story to gain senior leadership support.

？ By deeply understanding the government priority and China health care environment, Identify collaboration opportunity with external and internal partners to build upimplement synergized platformproject.

？ Proactively bring portfolio insights, strategic ideas, and new capabilities to stakeholders. Explore the integrated model for cardiovascular and CNS disease prevention and treatment, within the TA, as well as across TAs.

？ Will provide comprehensive strategic and operational support to medical affairs director including contributing to team strategy development; leading key initiatives of team; and enhancing internal and external cross team communication.

？ Ensure stringent compliance when fulfill the above responsibilities.

REQUIRED SKILL SET
1. Technical
？ Medical or public health background. In depth understanding on cardiovascular disease, preferable for CNS disease; understand clinical practice process; have general knowledge on public health is preferable.
？ In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical industry
？ Excellent communication and influencing skills
？ Strong planning, project management and execution skills
？ Language: Proficiency in oral and written English
2. Professional characteristics
？ Excellent communication skill including business writing, presentation and influencing skills
？ Strong interpersonal skills, evidence of capability to set up collaborative relationship
？ Tracked record of team-working in a matrix environment
？ Strategic thinking and business acumen.
？ Excellent Project management skill.
？ Good operational capability.
？ Ability to work under pressure, to take accountability and meet deadlines

3. Education
？ Master degree in clinical medicine or public health, MD or PhD is preferred.
？ Additional degree of Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
4. Experience
？ At least 3 years pharmaceutical industry experience
？ Clinical practice experience are preferred
？ Working experience in cardiovascular areas and CNS areas are preferred
？ Experience in leading cross function projects
