岗位职责：

项目财务应提供项目合规和项目流程控制程序的支持。

Project finance should provide the supporting of project compliance and process

control.

项目财务应每月定期审阅项目成本报告和预测。

Project finance should check project cost report and forecast monthly.

项目财务应为项目提供分析支持。

Project finance should provide project analysis support.

 项目财务应从承包人或供应商处获得正本发票和相关的支持文件，在5个工作日内审

核完毕。

  Project finance should check the original invoice and relevant supporting documents acquired from contractor or vendor in five working days.

  物品到货或者服务项目完成后，由项目组填写验收单并获得项目管理层的批准，将批准的 验收单寄往大连财务中心以做付款。

   After receiving goods or service, Project finance should send the validation sheet which is filled by project team and approved by project management to Dalian Finance for further payment.

项目财务应将从承包人和供应商处获得的发票、批准的合同以及验收单等支持文件提供

给大连财务扫描中心，以便付款。每月应获得与项目相关的付款清单。

Project finance should provide the supporting documents such as invoice acquired

form contractor and vendor, approved contract, validation sheet, etc. to Dalian

Finance Scanning Center. Project controls also needs to get related schedule payment list each month.

项目财务应与大连财务中心固定资产组协调完成如下事项：

Project finance should coordinate Dalian Finance Center Fixed Asset team with

following items:

     1) 检查登记在在建工程记录是否记录在正确的WBS 和 固定资产卡片下。

Check whether CIP record recorded under correct WBS and AUC shell.

    2) 每月应获得与该项目相关的登记入帐的发票清单并进行核对。如有差异，应与大连财务中心固定资产组沟通更正。

Obtain and check recorded invoice list every month. If they are mismatch, contact

Dalian Finance Center Fixed Asset to correct.

  3) 接受项目控制的指令，启动项目转固，并确认在建工程是否正确转固。

 Start to transfer AUC to fixed asset according to project control request, and confirm

 CIP is capitalized correctly.

项目财务应向工厂财务税务会计提供服务发票和订单号码，如果发票为英文版本，项目

组负责翻译成中文。

  Project finance should provide service invoice and order number to finance taxation accountant, project team should translate invoice in to Chinese if its original version is English.

项目财务协调外部的独立审计公司对项目进行审计，所有的审计发现均需得到改正。

  Coordinate audit with external independent audit company, all the findings should be corrected.

     1) 项目财务协调外部的独立审计公司对项目成本费用进行审计。

            Coordinate audit with external independent audit firm the project cost and

            expenditure.

     2) 项目财务协调外部的独立审计公司对项目是否符合公司政策和项目流程进行审

         计。

            Coordinate audit with external independent audit firm conform to the company

            Policy and project process.

 负责按照财务标准并考虑固定资产后续管理事宜，将项目转入固定资产

 Responsible for transferring capital to Fixed assets according to Pfizer policy while considering the fixed assets management

 教育程度/经验

   教育程度: 大专及以上财务或财务相关专业

经验: 3年或3年以上制造型企业工作经验

  特别知识

 工作认真负责，数据准确，英语4级，熟练使用Excel和PPT，以及ERP系统知识
