工作职责：
MAIN REPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
External Medical Affairs Project Manager is responsible for managing the execution of multi-areas EMA projects in national wide aligning with EMA function strategies and Pfizer China policies.

External Medical Affairs Project Manager is also responsible for providing project management supports and instruction to EMA team members and to assure the quality of project implementation.
 
For those the duties include:
1. Propose project management plan
 Include working timeline, key milestone, budget phasing, resource scheduled and the communication plan with both the internal and external stakeholders

       Develop and revise tool or system for evaluating the impact of EMA program on target external customer and Pfizer operational productivities.
2. Organize the execution of EMA project in national wide.
Working with colleagues those are across functions/BUs to deliver the results and contribute to Pfizer business.
Well manage the partnership with external resources.
Timely deliver the project update to all stakeholders.

3. Provide instructions and supports to EMA members for the excellent execution of EMA projects
Make sure the execution of EMA program taken by EMA team members in compliance with relevant Pfizer policies and the quality assurance.

4. Project budget control and management.
Make sure the cost of project implementation matchable to the budget.

5. External resources management
Keep tracking and well managing the cooperative external partners in long term view.

6. Provide value added opinions for annual External Medical Affairs Strategic Plan and project development.
