职位描述：
岗位职责：

1、负责网站招聘信息的更新维护，筛选人员简历并初步面谈筛选，做好面试记录；
2、负责员工入、离职手续的办理，完成员工入、离职资料录入系统整理；
3、拟录用人员的跟进；
4、协助完成招聘数据汇总统计；
5、协助员工活动的组织实施；
6、完成招聘月度工作报告及其他文职类工作。

任职要求：

1、大专或以上学历，人力资源管理或相关专业；
2、有三年左右相关工作经验；
3、熟悉基本的招聘流程，了解相关的劳动法规；
4、能熟练地操作日常的办公电脑软件，尤其会用EXCEL相关工具进行数据的统计、分析。
