职位描述：
工作职责：
1. Formulate regional customer marketing strategies
Formulate regional drugstore and modern trade marketing strategies, activities plan, evaluation standard and the principle of resource allocation
2. Lead and supervise smooth implementation of Drugstore and Modern Trade activities in corresponding region
Work closely with regional sales team and SH HQ trade marketing on planning, implementation, tracking, monitoring, and evaluation of drugstore and modern trade marketing activities and take prompt corrective actions when necessary.
3. Allocation of resources on drugstore and modern trade among different provinces and establish regional drugstore and modern trade database
Efficiently allocate trade marketing resources according to market significance and potential, sales contribution etc including the gimmicks, samples and effectively communicate with sales team on principles and evaluation standards of resource utilization, establish regional outlet database to support performance evaluation
4. POSMs and promotional materials management
Coach and communicate with regional sales team on distribution, usage & stocking instructions of POSMs and promotional materials, monitor, collect, analyze and report market feedbacks to SH HQ trade marketing for national analysis and improvement. Regular report on activity status and effectiveness.
5. Collect activities feedback and competitor information
Collect and filter feedback of marketing activities, POSM, gimmick usage and competitors information from sales feedback, organize all feedback information and report to SH HQ trade marketing for support of better strategies
6. Control budget
Control the expenses of activities under pre-set budget in corresponding region
任职资格：
1. Education / Experience
University graduate or above, 4 years relevant working experience or above in Multi-regional companies, 1 years management experience, preferably with FMCG, pharmaceutical sales, trade marketing or marketing experience in drugstore and modern trade channels.
2. Special Knowledge
Good proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, good drugstore and modern trade management knowledge and trade marketing knowledge
3. Skill
Good interpersonal and self-motivation skills, good analytical power and project management skill, good problem solving skills, good leadership skills as well as management and presentation skills, good computer skill
