Job content (purpose of the job)
Key areas of responsibility:
I. Lead a team to manage business applications throughout their lifecycle
* Supports and maintains operational applications, and plays an important management role in design, testing and improvement of business applications
* Support the organization’s business processes by helping to identify functional and manageability requirements for application software
* Advise system owners (business departments) on Change and Release Management decisions
* Monitor and control the application operation processes
* Application related IT audit engagement and actions follow-up

II. Main job tasks:
* Manage the System Management Team, take care of personal development and team building.
* Communicate with customers periodically and ensure their business requirements and experience about the application are well understood and promptly followed up by IT System Management Team.
* Ensure the application operational works are delivered in high standards and fit customer demands.
* Maintain good relationship with customer interfaces
* Look after team members, ensure their work atmosphere is good and productive
* Implement global standard processes and toolsets locally
* Initiate and drive continuous improvement activities in responsible area
* Make regular reports for customers and senior managers

III. Qualifications:
 * Bachelor degree or above
 * 8 years of related IT experience. 3 years’ experience in application operation management
 * Deep understanding about IT application management methodology
 * ITIL knowledge is a must
 * Good presentation skills
 * Fluency in both written & spoken English

IV. Education:
 * Bachelor degree or above
 * Major on computer related Professional experience:
 * 8 years of related IT experience
 * 3 years’ experience in application operation management
 * Team Management experience
