职位描述：
岗位职责:

?Leverage resources to build traffic, include diamond display, direct car, Taobaoke and shopping cart etc.
?Conduct activities following by Tmall request, develop activities to drive sales.
?Drive POS with creative thinking and innovated marketing program in ecommerce platform.
?Work with TP and marketing team to optimize page design, include store display in PC and mobile, program page design, promotion page design etc.
?CRM management to improve new user acquisition and customer retention.
?Manage customer service quality includes before sales and after sales to improve consumer satification.
?Inventory management and order management. Monitor TP sales data and manage store sell in,POS and inventory.
?Data analysis. Daily analysis data to find improvement area and catch sales opportunities
?Coordinate in advance with all functions to ensure big campaign will be successful.
?Customer relationship management through effective communication and cooperation with the Tmall key function key person. To get Tmall preference resource support to MJN.
?TP management. Constantly improve TP operation capablity.
?Responsible for AR management. Balance and control customer investment with annual plan, to make maximum profit.
?Regular reporting of market intelligence, including market trend of product development, competitors’ activities, etc

任职资格:

?At least 3-4 years experience in the sales and marketing field. 1-2 years TM flagship store experience is preferable.
?Learning fast, with diversify thinking and innovation capability.
?Strategic thinking and business development experience.
?Business Analytical skills and Profitability analysis
?Creative problem solving skills for complex business challenges
?Sound decision making that benefit the organization
?High quality verbal communication, especially around strategic direction
?Strong negotiation skills in tense situations as well as resolving conflict
?Bachelor Degree
?Experience in Tmall flagship.
?Experience in key account management
