职位描述：
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，项目类、材料学类、机电类、机械等理工专业；
2、2年以上模具、塑胶外壳、压铸产品或手机结构件生产项目工程相关工作经验；
3、对于手机结构件的外观处理工艺（喷油/电镀）要有清楚的认知，对于手机结构件装配要有一定的经验。
4、懂成型参数或喷涂类知识更佳。
5、较强的逻辑思维能力，良好的语言表达和组织能力；
6、身体健康、吃苦耐劳，能适应不同环境下的作业要求；
7、良好的团队合作和协调能力，较好的与人沟通能力。
岗位职责：
1、手机或其它外壳类塑胶及压铸件产品的模具导入，产品后工艺评审；
2、实施和执行手机类塑胶件或压铸件试产进入量产过程，诊断并解决项目过程中的各种问题；
3、严格按客户及公司要求，完成量产前项目的各项工作；
4、优化塑胶外壳及压铸件产品的后处理作业流程，提供并落实改善方案。 举报 分享
