Skills and Qualification

Main Responsibilities
-- Accountable for the sourcing activities related to MX Category in the unit
-- Ensure timely, quality and cost competitive supply to units
-- Responsible for meeting the targets and deliverables defined/set by the Unit Sourcing Director and Category

managers
-- Ensure alignment and collaboration with category team members particularly for sourcing tasks
-- Ensure that all stakeholders will be informed and involved into the key initiatives (cross functional

collaboration)
-- Responsible for regular follow up of sourcing KPI's,
-- Ensure alignment, participation and support for global category management teams
-- Drive and/or support cross-unit synergy opportunities
-- Ensure compliance and adherence to KONE sourcing (KSO) policies and procedures
-- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards
-- Check and maintain cost model (prices and forecast actions)
-- Understand volume assignement (Quantity per piece, ...) Vs regional demand
-- Maintain ontime non standard prices
-- Able to distinguishes between important information and irrelevant or minor details to be reported
-- Contribute and implement Regional/Global Category plan.
