职位描述：
Responsibilities：
Ensures an appropriate and sustainable Quality Management System at the Suzhou RDC
? Ensures appropriate implementation of GDP-related activities at the Suzhou RDC
? Performs transfer to saleable stock of incoming products prior to distribution and/or sale according to GDP and local regulatory requirements
? Ensures regular reviews of key GDP procedures
? Ensures Quality Agreements are in place, as required.
? Ensures Pfizer goods are stored and transported in accordance with requirements.
? Supervises the activities related to proper segregation of quarantined and non-conforming products.
? Ensures product quality compliance issues are tracked and resolved (deviation, commitment, product complaint, change control, retrieving missing information)
? Takes the decision to approve or reject returned Pfizer goods.
? Ensures that all elements of the Pfizer Training Quality System are implemented and maintained.
? Ensures appropriate training and refresh training on GDP to colleagues with GDP-related activities at the RDC.
? Ensures internal and external quality audits are performed and ensures follow-up on CAPA plans
? Monitors appropriate handling of quality complaints and follow-up on root cause analysis and CAPA plan
? Leads preparation and coordination of product quality and compliance (GDP/MAH) related inspections by regulatory authorities, Pfizer MSQA and other audits of the RDC. Monitors the implementation of corrective /preventive actions for non-compliance generated from audits.
? Ensure regular update of the RDC distribution authorizations including narcotic and drug licenses, if required
? Monitor the psychotropic/narcotic related task at the RDC, if any

? Keeps up-to-date records of performed activities, retains and archives records according to the requirements
? Participates in qualification of suppliers
? Participates in preparation and execution of the RDC self-inspection program
? Notifies GSCQO Director and GSCPM China in case of significant issues
? Management of Quarantine Alert Notices (QAN) and Recalls for Pfizer products.
? Assures the investigations, corrective/preventative actions and commitments systems are in compliance with internal and industry standards
? Ensure QA review/approval of all GMP related documents are performed to ensure good documentation practices are consistenly executed.
? Responsible to establish the Ongoing Management compliance key performance indicators for the RDC and ensures Site Quality Review Meetings are in place.

Qualification：
? Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Engineering or similar related disciplines.
? A minimum of 10 years previous experience is required in positions of increasing responsibility within Quality Assurance or other relevant quality functions within the pharmaceutical industry.
? Experience in logistics & supply operation, desirable.
? Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and proven record in driving changes initiatives.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills to guide groups.
? Adaptable to work priorities in response to complex or rapidly changing environment.
? Deliver results with limited resources.
? Ability to define, evaluate, recommend and implement improvement opportunities in the regulatory compliance areas.
? Demonstrated ability in influencing and negotiating.
