Job Description
Business Analyst, Global Support Solutions – Services Supply Chain & QCET APJ/ EMEA

Customer Support is accountable for the development and delivery of support for HP commercial and consumer products and for the strategic development of product quality programs. Within this organization, the Global Support Solutions team provides worldwide analytics and reporting, data mart expertise for all Regions. This position is for its Services Supply Chain & QCET APJ/ EMEA team and will work on reporting delivery and projects within CS organization. The position will utilize domain expertise in reporting, analytics and automation to provide insights for functional operations teams.

For individual, generally applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common reporting issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as team member providing analysis of information and project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.

Key Job specifics/responsibilities:
? Perform data gathering, reporting and analytics from Contact Center to Services Supply Chain
? Interact with cross-functional teams to ensure the analytics & reports are delivered accurately & timely, abiding by working process and documentation
? Develop metrics, translate the gaps into recommendations and reporting the same to key stakeholders for appropriate action
? Drive E2E service delivery analytics into the organization to help business make data-driven decisions. Some of the analytics to be performed, but not limited to, are Contact Center Operational metrics, inventory and logistics analytics, order management and total quality reporting and task assigned tasks
? Gathers the necessary business knowledge to perform analysis of trends of operational metrics and generates in-depth root causes analysis in case of performance not meeting the targets as this experience is essential to enable independent design of reporting solutions as per the business strategy and needs
? Track and investigate abnormal trend, understand business situation, identify opportunities for process improvement and lead/develop recommendations and provide insight of management
? Drives the implementation of agreed improvement actions, initiatives, projects agreed with business and management

? CS WW Region/Sub-region/Country
Qualifications:
? Typical 2 or more years’ experience
? Bachelor in Service Delivery/ Supply Chain Operations/ Business Administration and equivalent
? Ability to smoothly use Microsoft Office skills to conduct data analyses (Excel Pivots, Access, SQL, PowerPoint, etc.)
? English communication and influence skills through: email, phone and face to face
? Strong reporting and summarizing skills - ability to understand complex processes and transform them into auto solutions
? Self-starter with proactive (result driven) attitude, detail oriented person
? Willing to drive the change, willing to take on new challenge
? Flexibility in working hours (occasionally night calls are required)
? SQL DB, Power BI, Programming skills like Java etc. is a plus
