职位描述：
任职要求：
1、法律/法学专业本科及以上学历；
2、通过司法考试者优先考虑；
3、五年以上法务工作经验，其中三年以上投融资、并购、重组领域法务工作经验，具有相关的实际案例和经验，或者三年以上知识产权法务经验，熟悉专利、软著、商标等的申请、转让、争议处理等。
4、英语熟练，能用英语作为工作语言，能独立审核或起草英文合同或其它英文法律文件；
5、具有极强的沟通表达能力、商业谈判能力，逻辑思维清晰；
6、性格开朗，主动性强，具备较强的适应能力和良好的自我学习能力。
岗位职责：
1、起草和审核各类合同；起草合同模板和法律文件，确保严谨性和合法性；
2、协助健全公司合同管理制度，包括合同评审和决策流程、合同模板库建立、合同风险管控，定期汇总梳理重要合同。
3、协助处理诉讼类（经济纠纷、诉讼等）及非诉讼类（合同、产权、知识产权、政府关系等）法律纠纷，维护企业合法权益；
4、为公司投资、融资、并购、重组项目提供法律支持，包括尽职调查，谈判协商，交易架构设计，出具法律意见书，起草或审核所涉合同、协议及其它法律文书，协调与项目有关的公司内外法律资源；
5、负责相关公司的设立、变更或注销工作，并起草或审核相关公司设立、变更、注销的法律文件；负责研究关于公司治理方面的法律法规，梳理公司治理方面的法律风险，并提出应对方案；
6、处理与知识产权相关的事务，包括但不限于申请、转让、争议、异议等。 举报 分享
