职位描述：
任职资格：

1、本科以上财务、会计、经济等相关专业；

2、三年以上成本会计工作经验；

3、精通成本会计合适和成本分析；

4、熟悉ERP系统（SAP)的操作和运用；

5、具备良好的职业道德，富有责任心，沟通能力强，能承受工作压力。

岗位职责：

1、负责公司成本核算、预算控制、财务成本分析管理；

2、完成成本材料、人工、制造费用的归集、核算、及时提供成本信息；

3、进行成本分析、对异常情况进行判断和处理；

4、负责监督执行并不断改善成本核算流程、确保达成成本控制的目标；

5、运用专业方法对未来成本水平进行预测、制定一定时期成本水平计划；

通讯业务板块

半导体业务板块
