工作职责：
I. JOB SUMMARY: Briefly describe the overall role of the job and why the job exists in the organization
  The Global Payroll Consolidation project encapsulates a migration from the use of a variety of individual payroll providers per country within Asia Pacific towards a single payroll provider per region. Within APAC, the solution vendor ADP has been selected to provide payroll and Time management services.

  The primary responsibilities of Payroll Supervisor would be to hire, train & develop a team of payroll officers for sustaining BAU and operations efficiency. In additions, to manage the day to day payroll operations for quality payroll results. Maintain business relationship with HR MOS, C&B, Finance, Treasury, Legal, Tax and HR Business Technology for standardization and effective business processes. Work with ADP for continuous improvement and timely issues resolution. Ensure compliance to local legal and regulatory requirements to keep Pfizer legal

  The position will report to the HR-MOS Regional APAC Payroll Lead, and travel on need-to basis..

II. ACCOUNTABILITIES: List the major functions of this job
? Support ADP Japan Payroll Project till go-live in early 2016, not limited to business requirements review & signoff, testings, parallel runs, process re-engineering, change management and project related documentation
? After ADP go-live, manage Japan day-to-day payroll operations for efficient payroll processes to be performed on an accurate and timely manner
? Ensure payroll delivery model and standards aligned to global and regional guidelines
? Develop action plans for improvement and corrective action for on-going operations efficiency
? Acts as primary payroll contact for payroll service provider (ADP), liaising with respective local HR, Finance, Tax, legal and other business partners for efficient handling
? Ensure SLA & deadlines are met each month by each market and payroll vendor
? Build and manage the payroll team to strengthen performance of existing operations and enable continuing growth

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: List the specific skills, knowledge and abilities that are required
? Bachelors degree in Human Resource, Accountancy or relevant professional qualifications
? 5-8 years working experience in the same capacity & in a fast paced MNC environment
? Knowledge depth of Japan Payroll, Benefits and local regulations is a MUST
? Passion for payroll and attention for details
? Prior supervisory experience, staff training and development
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: List the specific skills, knowledge and abilities that are preferred
? Knowledge of PeopleSoft and SAP
? Knowledge depth of HR domain
