职位描述：
确保工厂设施设备最有效地运作，使维修团队的工作符合国家法规及公司总部要求，组织、审核下属制订的维修项目、改造项目、EHS等相关的管理制度和操作程序。
Ensure the plant facilities and equipment to operate most effectively, Ensure the maintenance team work meets the requirements of the national regulations and corporate headquarters, Organization, review maintenance, shaping projects, EHS projects, and renovation project about other management system and SOP create by role.
设施/设备维修管理及检验工作 Facility/equipment maintenance and inspection：
保证生产计划的完成，利用有限的设备设施资源，监控设施设备的维修保养状况，保证设施和设备的可靠性和有效性。监控特种设备的检验工作。
确保完成生产计划
Ensure to fulfill the production plan, use of existing equipment and facilities resources, monitoring facilities and equipment maintenance conditions, and ensure facilities and equipment running reliability and validity.
任职资格：
自动控制及相关大学本科，3年以上工程项目及维修管理经验，其中1年以上设备管理经验
Bachelor’s degree, Automation and other relevance background, At least 3 years engineering project and maintains project related work experience, including 1 year equipment’s management experience.
特别知识 Especially knowledge：
熟悉药厂GMP要求及国家的相关法律法规知识，熟悉设备管理和项目管理的操作规范和运作程序
Knowledge of pharmaceutical GMP requirements, national relevant laws and regulations. Familiar with the equipment management, project management practices and operational procedures.
技能 Skill：
分析判断能力及很强的工作协调能力，懂工程预算，电气标准。英文四级以上，较强的中、英文、表达能力。
Analytical skills and strong coordination skill to work, Understand the project budget, mechanical standard. Fluent English skill(written, oral) above CET-4. 举报 分享
