职位描述：
Position: Project Management Supervisor

Roles: As project leader/coordinator to work with multi-functional team to ensure project launch on time

Responsibility:
1. Coordinate project teams through the development of a detailed project schedule by identifying linkages, critical path, task ownership, and resource needs. Find ways to increase speed to market / completion whilst ensuring excellence in execution.
2. Track and highlight project scope changes and publish project timelines as agreed with project team.
3. Proactively work with the project teams to identify and communicate key issues and risks then facilitate development of contingency plans to address them.
4. Organize and coordinate project meetings. Prepare meeting minutes and present project status as required.
5. Follow up and drive the projects launch on time. And workout contingency plan when necessary.
6. Work with suppliers for support on cost and qualification.

Internal/External relationship

1. Reporting to: China Procurement Manager
2. Close functions related: Asia Regional Sourcing category, QA, Planning, MS, R&D, Production, oversea suppliers and local suppliers, finance

Requirement:

1. Education:
Bachelor or above degree on business or technical

2. Experience:
？ 4 years experience in project management
？ Strong organization skills coupled with a logical approach
？ Good understanding of business
？ Demonstrate collaboration and ability to work will all levels across different functions (Marketing, Research and Development, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Legal)Capability/Skills:
？ Good behaviors, teamwork, time management
？ High coordination capability and keep good relationship with multiple functions
？ Good learning capability, Self-encourage and strong capability on driving to the result
？ Good office software skill, especially excel and Power point
