Global Project Purchasing team, reporting to manager basing in France

上海市浦东新区龙东大道3000号9号楼

About this role

1. Set up and challenge “make or buy” decision and associated upstream supply chain strategy

2. Lead co-design and co-indus activities with suppliers

3. Select Suppliers; Negotiate and Allocate Business to Suppliers

4. Challenge and Manage Suppliers to achieve Time to Market, Target cost and CAPEX Budget,

5. Lead full Contract review and SSQM processes with Suppliers

6. Track and Challenge purchasing savings

7. Challenge Purchasing strategy to reach 90% spends with recommanded suppliers, lead sourcing activities for new commodities

8. Coordinate with commodity buyer leader in China and France to improve the supply base for OCP (offer creation process) needs

9. Coordinate with Project Purchasing Leader in France for projects program

Profiles we are looking for

1. Purchaser with 3 to 5 years of experience, with PMP knowledge

2. Engineer + purchasing, Bachelor degree or above of related majors

3. skills in electronics boards, semiconductors in priority and plastic injection and sheet metal, the must

4. Chinese and English Fluent
