一、岗位职责
1.负责移动产品无线终端的测试工作；
2. 无线产品测试环境搭建
3.制定无线产品RF测试规格,测试计划,追踪管理测试过程中发现的问题.
4.配合射频工程师解决测试中遇到的问题
5.了解移动产品RF 设计原理
6.测试场相关设备和场地的维护与管理

二、任职要求：
1. 大学或以上学历, 通信或电子技术等相关专业；
2. 熟悉无线射频的法规测试和标准，了解各种RF射频法规测试的要求
3. WIFI, WWAN, GPS,BT,GSM,GPRS,EDGE,WCDMA,HSPA,LTE测试规划经验3年以上
4.调试测试设备，并根据产品特性及测试要求，辅助设计相关测试治具
5.验证测试系统，分析不良现象并予以改善
6. 熟练使用专业测试软件和办公软件，英语读写说良好;
7. 责任心强，有良好的团队协调与沟通能力，有较强的学习能力；

一． Job Responsibility
1. Familiar with mobility product and RF test items. Understand mobility product RF design guideline.
2. Familiar with RF test environment and set up.
3. Familiar with usage of network analyzer, call box and CAD tools.
4. Familiar with RF test requirement standard ( 3GPP, PTCRB, GCF).
5. Participate in and support globe antenna design activities
6. Perform product RF qualification test, co-work with RF engineer to analyze bug.
7. Maintain, manage RF facility, lab.
二. Job requirement
1. Bachelor degree or above，Communication or electronic technology and other related major.
2. Well understand all kinds of radio frequency regulation, standard, test requirement and method
3. Have 3years or above test experience of WIFI,WWAN, GPS,BT,GSM,GPRS,EDGE,WCDMA,
HSPA, LTE.

4. Fine tune RF facility, according to product feature and test requirement to make test fixture.
5. Analyze test system, abnormal symptom and fix it.
6. Proficiency in the use of testing software and office software, good English reading and writing;
