职位描述：

Responsibility:

1. Develop regional access plan aligning with Customer Solution national strategy and adapt for local execution;

2. Develop professional relationship with regional key stakeholders from CDC,PHFPC and medical association For the delivery of PD prevention and vaccines value;

3. Exceed customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction;

4. Support to win bidding and access programs through interaction with commercial, bidding, sales, GMC ,Market, medical, and team etc;

5. Support to BMI/CIP/PIP by coordinating internal multi-disciplinary team and leading interaction with external stakeholders;

6. Demonstrated entrepreneurship mindset, accountability, agility, overcoming obstacles and focus on action and implementation in line with OWN IT! Cultural Characteristics.

9. Established track record of coalition building to lead multi-disciplinary teams in complex environments;

10. Demonstrated entrepreneurship mindset, accountability, agility, overcoming obstacles and focus on action and implementation in line with OWN IT! Cultural Characteristics;

11. Minimum 8 years’ experience combined in public policy, government relations is required or same of successful leadership experience of senior sales, marketing and/or government affairs/key account background is preferred.
