RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Business Management Activities:
1) Monitor product development progress and the accuracy of material quotation, and offer assistance to solve related problems.
2) Assist QC in their communication with vendors.
3) Monitor the problems of supplier production capacity, price level, quality level,etc, be able to foresee or control / avoid PO problems due to supplier’s production issue
4) Develop suppliers and improve supply chains, to ensure the smooth production and supply of purchase orders
5) Responsible for supplier development and business negotiations, supplier management and maintenance in accordance with the company's purchasing strategy. Ensure a reasonable price, quality and service throughout the cycle, ensure the desired product arriving as per schedule.
6) Audit and evaluate the existing and new suppliers.
7) Responsible for collecting market information, understand the industry dynamics. Be independent

Professional background
Experience:
Supplier management, contract management, supplier audit, negotiation skill, project management, and capability in quality issue follow up
Minimum experience 4 years

Technical know-how:
1. Solid knowledge in material procurement
2. Good logical analysis capabilities and supplier management skill
3. Good speaking and written English, good office software skill
4. Definite financial knowledge

Managerial skills:
Good behaviors, teamwork, time management

Interpersonal skills:
