职位描述：
1?Oversee a portfolio of dozens of volunteer projects in Asia Pacific in order to ensure the success of the CTW experience for employees and the firm’s partnership with community organizations. Tasks include but are not limited to project planning, application review; information update on the internal website, coordination among nonprofits and internal stakeholders; and grants processing; administration, and reporting;
2?Represent OCE in delivering CTW-related presentations to nonprofit partners and internal stakeholders;
3?Conduct CTW Team Captain Trainings on a bi-weekly basis;
4?Work closely with colleagues on various CTW tasks;
5?Communicate with internal departments to coordinate logistical planning, including event management, marketing campaign, t-shirt distribution, and correspondence;
6?Assist with end of season program evaluation, data collection and analysis;
7?Plan, coordinate and oversee transportation arrangements for CTW projects;
8?Manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
任职要求：
1?2-5 years of experience in non-profit, event management, operations, volunteer management, or client services;
2?Team player, skilled at managing multiple projects and people;
3?Critical thinking with sound judgment and proven problem solving ability;
4?Strong written and verbal communication skills;
5?Excellent interpersonal skills in person, over the phone, and via email;
6?Willingness to work early mornings, evenings and weekends as projects require;
7?Willingness to commit to a 40-hour weekly schedule between January and end of August 2016;
8?Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team;
9?Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Word for presentations and data analysis;
10?Highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion required 举报 分享
