Key Responsibilities:
Make business development plans and control business development directions, according to strategic positioning of the corporate branding group.
Make branding group strategies to attract sellers, optimize rules, including branding database construction, register management, schedule management, commodity management, and after-sale management and so on. Lead the team to construct healthy branding seller ecology quickly.
Set operation targets,make integral operation strategies and action programs of brand group, including seller management, merchandise management, customer management、flow management, leading the team to execute and implement management targets efficiently and so on.
Manage the product information architect and the displaying program of brand group .Make sure a healthy increase of both customers and sellers.
Be in charge of organization, optimization, operation and team management of the corpor
ate brand business group; so as to realize the company's various business indexes.

Requirement
Bachelor degree or above; English level of CET6 at least, with studying or working abroad experience is much preferred.
Minimal 6 years of relevant experience in well-known Internet ecommerce platforms; 3 years or more of seller operation and management experience, ever being head of seller operation and management is much preferred.
5years+ knowledge on category of product, professional skills; 5year+ experience on ecommerce operation. Be resourceful on excellent brands and sellers.
Equipped with good ability to make competitive strategies on the market; good operation thinking and innovation consciousness. With strong ability to lead, organize and coordinate. Be able to make judgments and decisions smartly, with excellent implementing competence and strong spirit of teamwork.
