SUMMARY:
该岗位主要负责保税管理，确保账册管理以及保税物料的使用符合海关要求，同时支持供应链与进出口的正常运作，协调海关相关法律法规培训。主导与协调海关保税稽查相关下厂审核。

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1、处理日常电子账册备案/核销以及料件内销，确保符合海关保税合规要求；
2、确保保税进口、出口备案的及时性与准确性，以支持采购、计划、进出口的物料供应、进口以及成品出货与出口；
3. 安排月度保税盘点，完成保税短溢报告，并针对短溢差异进行处理，减少保税短溢的合规风险；
4. 负责及时更新公司内部流程规范与指引，确保符合海关最新的政策法规要求；
5. 需定期回顾海关最新的法律法规，及时更新内部培训文件；
6. 跨部门沟通协调，共同完成海关审核；
7. 了解仓库/供应链对于保税的原料/半成品/成品的物料移动的相关流程，以协助达成团队目标。

EDUCATION & /OR EXPERIENCE :
1.至少3年及以上的保税电子账(手)册管理经验；
2. 熟悉保税账册管理、进出口申报以及海关稽查/审核相关的法律法规；
3.良好的计算机使用能力（office软件等）以及海关系统操作技能；
4. 良好英文读写能力；
5.良好的沟通能与指导能力；
6. 有海关稽查/审核经验和相关海关维护经验优先考虑。



This position is responsible for E-Book management to ensure the E-Book management and bonded material consumption compliance with Customs requirements. Meanwhile support supply chain and import/export operation, coordinate related Customs rules and regulations training. Lead and coordinate customs bonded material on-site audit.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage and handle daily E-Book application/verification and duty paid application with bonded material to meet with Customs bonded compliance requirements.
2. Ensure bonded import/ export list applied timely and accurately to support buying/ import/CBS and export team for RM/PM import & supply and FG delivery & export.
3. Arrange monthly bonded stock count and output the bonded loss & gain report. Handle with the stock gap and minimize the bonded loss and gain compliance risk.
4.Timely update internal work instruction and SOP in compliance with Customs latest policies.
5.Regular review Customs latest rules and regulation and update with training documents for internal function team training.
6.Coordinate cross functional team with Customs audit.
7. Know about warehouse/supply chain related processes regarding the bonded RM/WIP/FG movement to support team goal achievement.

EDUCATION & /OR EXPERIENCE :
1. At least 3 years of similar working experience with E-Book management.
2.Familiar with customs rules and regulation especially regarding E-Book management, import & export declaration and Customs on-site inspection/audit.
3. Good computer skills with office software and Customs System operation.
4.Good English reading and writing skills;
5. Good communication skills & coaching skills
6.Experience with Customs on-site audit and AEO audit and good relationship with Huangpu Customs will be preferable.
