岗位职责：
1.能够全英文授课，并保证教学质量；
2.可以在外教课堂中担任助教工作；
3.能够熟练操作办公软件，独立制作教学课件;
4.通过电话、微信、日常沟通等方式对学生的学习效果进行跟踪，为家长提供优秀的教学售后服务.
5.进行教室和教具的日常维护和管理；
任职要求：
1、口语标准、地道，三年以上一线教学经验；
2、热爱儿童和英语教育事业；
3、性格开朗热情，活泼大方，亲和力强；
