职位描述：
岗位职责
1、项目前期负责参与项目方案分析、策划，与项目经理分析项目执行难易度，确定项目流程、推广形式及效果预估等工作；
2、项目中期负责沟通公司各部门和相关团队完成项目运营并以满足客户需求；
3、项目后期负责效果维护和营销等工作，最终实现项目KPI达成，并起到良好的传播效果；
4、负责项目销售数据的统计和分析，发现问题并调整策略；
5、负责产品营销方案的策划和执行；
6、负责客情关系维护，挖掘客户需求； 
7、负责关注收集业内信息，定期分析竞争对手产品业务。
任职要求
1、硕士及以上学历，有教育培训行业工作经验或985、211院校背景；
2、有全局观，有整体业务规划的经验，熟悉业务架构；
3、具备教师培训项目的运营、数据分析、财务对接及客服管理能力；
4、有良好的沟通表达能力，善于在复杂业务环境中与客户协调沟通，有优秀的应变能力；
5、具有组织协调能力，能合理安排资源；
6、具有执行力与服务意识；
7、思维活跃，开拓能力强，有良好的学习能力。 举报 分享

Hebei International Education Institute was officially approved by Hebei Provincial Education office as a registered higher learning institute specializing in language learning, foundation courses from the universities abroad,cultural and educational training as well as global study tours and visa processing service. In the meantime,we decided to build our institute as a comprehensive institute and launched an arrays of international education researches in innovation and entrepreneurship. At present, we have already signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China CITIC Bank(CITIC) and become the the US Visa Service Center for CITIC.
