职位描述：
工作职责
1. 与客户进行充分沟通，全面的了解客户需求。
2. 制定项目建议书及预算。
3. 进行企业调研、诊断，完成咨询方案的设计、执行及报告撰写。
4. 制定工作计划并推进实施，及时沟通进度与问题，并将报告发送客户，保证项目完成的时间和质量 。
5. 陪同客户境内外出差。
6. 对所执行的项目进行进度及成本控制。
7. 指导和激励项目组成员共同完成项目的任务。
8. 必要时支持协助其它项目。
资格要求
1. 大学本科及以上学历，经济、国际贸易、金融、管理、工科类相关专业优先。
2. 5年以上咨询公司或大型工业集团工作经验，其中至少两年项目经理经验, 有制造业、快消、IT等行业项目经验优先。
3. 具备较强的逻辑分析能力，了解咨询工作方法。
4. 具备较强的商业敏感性，沟通技巧及团队合作意识，能承受压力大的工作环境，适应不定期的出差。
5. 具备优秀的中英文听说读写能力，同时懂法语者优先。
6. 熟练掌握Word、EXCEL、PPT等办公软件的使用。
Responsibilities:
1、 Communicate with clients and fully understand the requirements of clients.
2、 Make project proposal and budget.
3、 Conduct enterprises investigation and diagnosis, complete the sample design, implementation and report writing.
4、 Develop the working plan and push the implementation, communicate for the progress and problems in time, and send the report to the client to ensure efficiency and quality.
5、 Accompany clients to travel at home and abroad.
6、 Carry out the progress and cost control of the project.
7、 Guide and motivate the team members to work together to complete the project.
8、 Support and assist other projects when necessary.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above, Major in Economics, International trade, Finance, Business Management, Engineering or related field would be preferred.
2. 5 years working experience in consulting firms or Large-scale industrial groups including at least 2 years of experience as Project Manager. With project experience in manufacturing industry, FMC industry and IT industry would be preferred.
3. Solid logical analysis ability, understand the consulting work method.
4. Strong business sense and communications capabilities, team player, be able to work under pressure and be willing to travel frequently.
5. Excellent Chinese and English language abilities, Fluency in French would be advance.
