岗位职责
1、对本企业所处的市场进行信息收集、分析、整理、及时上报
2、掌握本行业信息，核查本行业发展趋向，主要对手资源状况，营销战略等。了解本企业资源状况并与竞争对手做出比较分析。
3、负责收集广告信息，开发新的宣传渠道，并通过有效使用市场传播工具如POP，促销，广告，公关活动等传递活动内容，负责吸引本市场的客流量，铺市工作，同时负责计划和实施促销活动各项工作，内外广告氛围。
4、负责各种市场投入，如广告选址等，合同的签订和发布。负责预算的监控和调整。
5、深入调查目标市场信息，把握市场变化的脉搏，根据市场需求状况向公司提出宣传渠道改善和开放建议。
6、对相关部门的员工进行市场培训和指导。
7、注意自身仪态形象端正，文明礼貌，保持良好精神面貌塑造企业良好形象。
8、严守本部门各项商业机密。
9、完成上级临时指派的各项任务。
相关要求
1、 市场营销管理类或相关专业专科以上学历；
2、 具有教育行业的从业背景，有市场策划工作经验；
3、 优秀的文案功底，有较强的创造性思维能力、创意概念及良好的沟通能力；
4、 了解市场动态，依据市场变化适时策划制定整体促销方案，策划定期的促销活动；
5、 有一定的组织实施经验，监督、指导、落实促销活动的执行，有成功的策划案例者优先；
6、 有综合运用包括广告策划、软文宣传、公关活动等在内的各种营销方式进行市场宣传、品牌推广的能力；

Hebei International Education Institute was officially approved by Hebei Provincial Education office as a registered higher learning institute specializing in language learning, foundation courses from the universities abroad,cultural and educational training as well as global study tours and visa processing service. In the meantime,we decided to build our institute as a comprehensive institute and launched an arrays of international education researches in innovation and entrepreneurship. At present, we have already signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China CITIC Bank(CITIC) and become the the US Visa Service Center for CITIC.
