岗位职能：
-根据公司区域目标制定的销售计划，全面具体地负责管理指定地区的销售工作；
-掌握所辖地区的市场动态和发展趋势，并根据市场变化情况，提出具体的区域营销计划方案，以及具体营销工作流程和细则；
-依据所辖区域属性进行营销资源的合理匹配及动态优化；
-负责所辖区域客户管理，与该地区主要客户建立长期、稳定的合作关系，并负责该地区空白市场的开发工作；
-承担所辖地区的市场调研及分析预测工作；
-负责对所辖区域下属成员的团队建设，包括日常管理、业务培训、绩效考核、监督检核；
-负责所辖区域各种突发性事件的协调、处理；
任职要求：
-25～35岁，大专以上学历；
-5年以上销售、管理工作经验，2年以上婴童行业经验优先考虑；
-掌握商务管理业务知识、组织运作常识，了解行业动态、有区域市场竞争策略规划撰写能力，有很强的执行能力；
-有较强的客户谈判技能，有较好的文字处理、数据分析能力，有较强的沟通、管理能力；
