Position Overview:　
The HR specialist role focus on providing professional skills in C&B and training, familiar with staffing process, as well as other HR functions based on needs.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for monthly payroll,social benefits and reports.
* Responsible for New Employee Orientation and other internal and external training coordination.
* Responsible for the HR process, including job analysis, intelligence collection, interviewing, performance evaluation and review, reference check, legal contract management, welfare policy and other communication work.
* Assist team leader or line manager to develop and maintain job specifications, organizational charts, training programs, and other relevant projects.
* Lay out HSE policy to ensure the company, the factory, employee and supplier’ safety, quality control and ISO 9001/14001/OHSAS18001 management expectation
* Provide professional HR support and guidance to ensure the business creates an environment in which employees and suppliers can develop and operate to the highest standards from a legal, ethical and diversity standpoint, in line with the strategies of the company
* Provide supports to other tasks if need.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above degree, more than 3 years experience in related HR function. Familiar with HR policy and process management will be preferred.
2. Being passionate with HR work and work initiatively.
3. Good problem analysis and solving skills
4. Highly responsible and pay attentions to details.
5. Quick learner with patience and strong communication skills.
6. Fluent in both spoken and written English.
7. Familiar with Office software.
