JOB DESCRIPTION FOR BUSINESS ANALYST

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Speak business language with customers (key stakeholders) and understand their business strategy and business processes

· Customer workshop management with structural methodology to capture business requirement from business and IT customers

· Recommend best practices/experiences and solution capabilities to customers

· Responsible for the requirement management and change control during implementation

· Gather, clarify, and validate business requirements through ongoing active relationships with the key stakeholders

· Analyze and scope customer requirements and provide baseline of requirements.

· Translate business requirements into solutions specification for both technical and business perspective.

· Responsible for customer communication both from business requirement and SI perspectives. Help the customer to build BSS transformation strategy

· Manage expectations with clients and business partners/3rd party vendors via in-person and written communication.

· Support the KAM/Upfront with Scoping, Business cases and Value-propositions.

· Responsible for profitable BSS business by working closely with the sales team and solution architect to translate the customer needs into technical offering, solutions and proposals. Participate in presales phase to make sure the customer requirements and solution offering are correct on behalf of delivery organization.

· Experience in managing diverse teams both in a line and a matrix capacity.

· Experience in business case development, negotiations, strategy development, organizational development, change management, sales & marketing, product management, financial management, and service delivery.

· Have a proven track record as a business analyst in at least 3 complex BSS delivery Implementations from start to finish.

· At least 10 years of experience in interaction with senior IT managers and C-level executives and facilitating clients in IT management settings for BSS.

· Expertise in BSS business processes, frameworks and methodology.

· Experience and understanding on the management and execution of projects for application development and migration for legacy IT system in BSS

· Knowledge of BSS management system design, development & administration, also with the understanding of software life cycle management (S-LCM).

· Demonstrated proven track record with the will and ability to adopt and learn new technologies and business models.
