Description

· Provide strong technical leadership in building AV solutions that has extensibility, testability and maintainability.
· Design, develop and timely deliver high quality platform code.
· Partner with PM and test teams as well as relevant Microsoft groups to deliver solutions from concept to delivery.
· Contribute to feature, design, and code reviews.

Qualifications

· Minimum of 3+ years developing rich product features, functionality, and/or infrastructure.
· Passion for engineering excellence and quality in code & design
· Strong design and coding skills, with proficiency C++ and C#.
· Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills.
· Good collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Experience with AV background and networking skills (e.g. MPEG 2 TS, MP4, Smooth Streaming, HLS, CDNs, HTTP, TCP/IP, DNS) is a big plus.
· Track record delivering features and functionality on schedule, at high quality.
· BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
