Description
1. Take responsibility in delivering telecom rollout service to fulfill contractual requirement.
2. Lead project team of engineers, accountant, logistics, and sub-contractors to install, integrate, commission, and optimize telecom network (Fixed Line, Mobile RAN or CN), may include site acquisition and civil work.
3. Manage sub-contractors to deliver field service towards Ericsson Taiwan's customer
4. Support business team in the pre-sale stage to win contract by providing services such as scope management, cost estimation, resource preparation...,etc.
5. Control project cost, scope, time, and quality of deliverables during execution
6. Secure acceptance with customers for payment collection
7. Report in person to customer and internal organization in an effective and efficient way.
8. Hand over project deliverables to customer and internal maintenance organization
9. Monitor and take actions in risk management throughout project life cycle
10 Complete and update all project required documents on time

Qualifications
Education: College or above
Experience/Qualification:
1. 3+ year in the Telecom Project Management position
2. Fluent in English
3. Knowledgeable in WCDMA or DWDM/NGSDH technology
4. Good at Microsoft Project application software to develop project time/resource/cost plan
5. Good at Microsoft Office application software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
