Description
Responsible for the delivery of telecom services to Ericsson's customers in the domain of Customer Support and Network Deployment of server and data packet products
Perform support service delivery including customer support requests handling, problem investigation, software maintenance delivery and network support in Hong Kong and Macau
Undertake network deployment and integration activities covering implementation, expansion and upgrade of telecom and datacom networks
Interact with customers and colleagues at all levels
Participate in technical reviews and derive leads and solution based on customer's need
Provide 7x24 support in roster and work outside normal hours and overseas when necessary
Drive service delivery performance in accordance with Ericsson's Operational Excellence targets.

Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication / Information Technology or related discipline
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Telecom / Datacom industry
Unix/Linux and Server administrator experience is a must
Basic knowledge in both GSM and WCDMA network
Cisco CCNP and / or Juniper certification is an advantage
Knowledge of Ericsson technologies is a definite asset
A good team player with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
Self initiative, independent and able to work under pressure
Strong passion in learning new technologies and willing to share knowledge with colleagues and customers
Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese. Mandarin speaking is a plus.
